Riders in our bike team, from left to right: Larry Wood (Captain), Jennifer Menasha, Mehmet Alçı, Jessica Phipps. 15 miles ride started at 9:30. Before the start we put put ATA-NV t'shirts on and took care of a few errands all together. Members met with each other and kept chit chatting during the ride too. Mehmet was the laughter source of the day! Captain Larry Wood was making sure all his teammates were safe at the beginning of the ride and at the end. President İsmail Onat, Vice President Şafak Güven, Treasurer Pınar Çağlayan and Director of Public Relations Sabiha Moulton were there to support our team. This is what we want! ATA-NV will do everything to keep our Bike Team together and include more riders to team. It was so much fun getting together for this meaningful activity. Everyone were pleased about having an opportunity to get together, spend a day as family and also being part of a very good cause to help stopping diabetes.With our new t'shirts we were shining at the Henderson Event Plaza! Board of Directors also had chance to meet with Board of ADA (American Diabetes Association) and talked about future events like this one. Captain Larry Wood and Jennifer Menasha were first two arriving to the finish line in our team. Mehmet Alçı and Jessica Phipps followed them 5 minutes later. Captain Larry and Jennifer were so excited while waiting for their team members. They couldn't help themselves to jump on the road and finish the tour once more all together! We have all enjoyed delicious food after the finish. Captain Larry Wood said that they will keep practicing together and they will recruit more riders to the team. There are already a few serious interests about joining to 'The Most Fun ATA-NV Bike Team'. Good job guys, you are the best!

Our Bike Team was happy at the finish line! ATA-NV riders, members and Board of Directors had a beautiful fun day today. At the Tour de Cure event, we have begun showing up to Henderson Event Plaza around 8:00 am. ATA-NV Bike Team Riders registered themselves with the event ride around 8:30.
