ATA NEVADA attended to Step Out Vegas event for diabeties on October 8th, Saturday morning in Las Vegas. It was a beautiful day for walking and crowd was amazing! We had 5 walkers for this meaningful day. ATA NV walkers met at the Las Vegas Spring Preserve around 8 am in the morning. We had our drinks, power bars, chit chatting before the walk while enjoying live music at the same time. Right before the event, ADA introduced doctors and organizators who were involved directly for orginizing this important day. ATA NV Vice President Dr. Şafak Güven was one of them and we were very proud! Our organization has been joining and supporting events like this one. In April 2011 we have joined Tour de Cure bike ride event which was orginized same association 'ADA' (American Diabetes Association). With these activities we involve with global issues and proving everyone that 'we care'! We are hoping more volunteers to join us in our global activities in the future and we will make a difference all together'
